Medikabazaar –medical marketplace has partnered with BLive, a multi-brand EV platform to adopt EVs for its delivery operations.
The deployment of electric two-wheelers represents a significant shift towards sustainable mobility solutions. By opting for EV 2-wheelers, Medikabazaar aims to reduce carbon emissions and promote eco-friendly transportation alternatives. The enthusiastic response from riders and the positive impact on the environment has further fuelled its commitment to expanding the initiative.
The first batch of EV 2Ws has been delivered to their respective hubs in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi-NCR, Gurgaon, and Ahmedabad. These locations will ensure overall accessibility and convenience for riders in metropolitan areas.

Medikabazaar was looking for a solution to the evolving market demands, particularly in the context of fast deliveries in hospitals, with increasing competition in the market, the company recognised the importance of providing swift delivery services through its fulfillment centres, in a cost-effective and sustainable way. As a solution, BLive offered the company a rental solution within their price range that will not only reduce Medikabazaar’s running costs by close to 80 per cent but also make them one of the early medical chains to go green, that is, 100 per cent replacement of ICE vehicles with EVs.
With low maintenance and per km running costs combined with efficient Last-Mile Delivery – Medikabazaar’s promise of on-time delivery to its customers will be achieved in a smart sustainable manner. Moreover, by transitioning to EVs and integrating them into its delivery ecosystem, Medikabazaar aims to achieve cost savings, enhance its sustainability efforts, and remain competitive in the rapidly changing market landscape.

The partnership between BLive and Chartered Bike Pvt Ltd (CBPL) is aimed at helping last-mile delivery companies, such as Medikabazaar and many more, to resolve the supply gap of electric vehicles in the market. The collaboration between BLive and CBPL aims to resolve this issue by helping organizations like Medikabazaar deploy vehicles nationwide, with a focus on Tier II cities. Looking ahead, BLive has scheduled the second phase for the next quarter (Q3), with plans to convert an additional 20 per cent of the fleet into EV 2Ws. This will result in a remarkable milestone of 50 per cent of Medikabazaar fleet size conversion into electric vehicles.
