The stage is set for the Indian Restaurant Congress 2015 and Indian Restaurant Awards 2015, an annual event, being hosted by Franchise India from August 25 to 26 in New Delhi.
A one-of-its-kind of show, which is being sponsored by Mrs Bector’s Cremica, will see convergence of leading names of the business presenting their views during the two-day long conference. This will be followed by the award ceremony, which will see brands being honoured with the awards of Innovative Start-up of the Year, Professional Restaurant of the Year, Social Restaurant of the Year, Creative Restaurant of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, Family Restaurant of the Year and many others.
“This conference will examine a number of macro forces that are stimulating change in the World of Food Business - whether it is across the supply chain or the underlying consumer drivers - particularly with millennial consumers , the focus is on building disruptive brands and business models and distinctions between fads more enduring consumer mega trends,” says Gaurav Marya, Chairman, Franchise India.
Besides this, parallel to the convention will be an expo designed as one-stop-shop for exploring best technology suppliers, innovative tools, tie-up with best-in-league distribution channels, co-branding alliances, international development opportunities, best data management and teacher training tools and many more either to enhance the learning process or to evaluate it in perspective of helping build the Indian restaurant system on international lines.
