Mitsubishi Electric India opened its CNC manufacturing plant in Peenya, Bengaluru, in 2017 to promote the "Make in India" initiative and assist enterprises looking to adopt cutting-edge manufacturing technology.
Mitsubishi Electric India launched M800V & M80V series of Computerized Numerical Controllers (CNCs) with solutions to revolutionize smart manufacturing in India. The new M800V and M80V offer the industry's first CNC with built-in wireless LAN, allowing you to work effectively without any time or space restrictions, keeping in mind the era of remote access and control following the pandemic.
To help customers with their machining needs, Mitsubishi Electric India offers sophisticated CNC control systems. To numerous market segments and industries, the company offers CNC packages and technologies. Mitsubishi Electric India opened its CNC manufacturing plant in Peenya, Bengaluru, in 2017 to promote the "Make in India" initiative and assist enterprises looking to adopt cutting-edge manufacturing technology.
The brand-new M800V and M80V series will provide the current CNC technology a new dimension and innovation and allow for seamless manufacturing operations. The new series' cutting-edge control features enable machines to perform a variety of "things" at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Our new CNC technology effectively optimises manufacturing from the perspectives of "things" and "time," keeping up with manufacturers' needs and technological innovation.
The features and benefits which make the new M800V & M80V an innovative invention includes:
- More control axes and improved fine segment processing capability: Better hardware, including a specialised CPU designed for the new M800V and M80V, greatly enhances the ability to handle fine segments. A reduced cycle time results from high processing capacity in the machining programme. The new M800V and M80V have more control axes than the traditional CNC series of devices, allowing for the smooth control of more complicated mechanisms.
- 3D machining simulation: This makes it simple to check for machine interference and machining quality at an early stage, which helps to decrease the amount of workpieces that are discarded because of first trial cutting and poor machining. The ability to visualise machine power usage thanks to the power consumption calculation tool helps factories save power. The new M800V & M80V can further the development of sustainable technology for the machine tool industry thanks to this feature.
- Improved technology in the new M800V & M80V series offers multi-touch capabilities for smarter operations and great accuracy.
- Multi-touch operation and Improved Screen Design. This new CNC product line has screen designs and colour schemes that are optimised for readability and ensure better visibility, leading to increased work efficiency. This new CNC product line has these features in consideration of the significance of having clear visibility of information content on the screen.
- OMR-CC (Optimum machine response-contour control): In this era of automation and rapid processing, the all new M800V and M80V series comes with Optimum Machine Response-Contour Control (OMR-CC) which efficiently reduces the cycle time while maintaining machining accuracy. This enables the machining process to work faster and saves time due to control processing which automatically corrects programmed/actual position errors.
- Two-dimensional barcode engraving cycle: Advancement and automation is the key to progress in manufacturing. The two-dimensional barcode engraved directly on the workpiece allows automatic selection of programs and tools which helps to implement easy traceability of workpieces.
- Built-in wireless LAN: Industry's first wireless LAN functionality is introduced with the invention of the M800V & M80V series. This enables machine engineers to operate remotely with a tablet connected. It allows improved work efficiency for the machine tool operators and frees them from the constraints of time and space and also enables them to work remotely.
Easy operations and customization are specialized features for our partners and customers. Mitsubishi Electric CNC realizes the need to drive India towards technological advancement and automation and with the invention of the all new M800V & M80V series; we aim to expand the horizons of Indian manufacturing.
