- Multilink to open 500 stores via franchise route
Multilink, an e-commerce business solution provider, plans to launch at least 500 master franchise outlets via the franchise route this year. Multilink is a Mumbai-based e-commerce service provider that is cresting the wave of the Indian e-commerce revolution from the B2B and the B2C opportunities in a box for creating own brands. The e-commerce space is expected to grow 30 per cent YoY till 2020.
Chirag Shah, co-founder, MOS Utility Pvt Ltd said: “We would like to open our own training and support centres in metros and tier I cities in India”.
On taking the e-route to enhance sales, Shah said: “We would like to tie up with NGOs in order to reach the right and larger target audience. We would like to add more products and services in our portfolio like general insurance, shopping–clothes, jewellery, LBT tax collection and gifting. We are also planning to target rural India in order to attract more buyers. Multilink boasts of its customer care team that helps to choose the best product.”
Aspiring franchisees can get a lot by associating with the brand. They can build their own brand in the market. They can sell a product which can be used by them also.
