MY TVS opens up in Vellore

In continuation to its efforts to upscale its service outlets, MyTVS, the brand of TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL), today inaugurates a new ‘All Car Services’ facility in Vellore. The facility marks the 26th own outlet for MyTVS and 11th such facility in Tamil Nadu. Incidentally, this is also the 75th overall facility including franchisee outlets across India.

On the occasion of the new facility inauguration, R. Srivatchan, President, TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd said: “In line with our commitment to serve our customer closer to their place of convenience and growth strategy to establish 60 own MyTVS Service Facilities by 2014. We are delighted to inaugurate this state-of-the-art facility with many special and World Class equipment in Vellore. Our well trained technicians are specialised in handling multi-brand car services and repairs, which will ensure quality service and on-time delivery schedule to customers with complete value for their money. I am confident that our service standards will meet the requirements of our customers.”

The new facility was inaugurated by J P Peter, Operation Head - General Superintend, Christian Medical College, Vellore in the presence of MyTVS customers and other officials.

The workshop will undertake all repair work for all brands of cars with TVS Quality service at affordable cost. The facility will have exclusive 15 Mechanical Bays, exclusive 6 body shop bays with 3D wheel alignment, wheel balancing, vehicle scanner, dust free paint booth, 2 water wash ramp, nitrogen inflator, etc. The service centre will provide passenger car owners complete servicing solutions under one roof at its facility.
