Naturals Beauty Salon India, a Chennai based salon chain is planning to expand its presence across the country by opening 450 outlets, out of which 90 per cent will be franchised and rest will be company owned.
As Told to Ramanjit Kaur of FIHL, “Our aim is to be the number one salon chain in India by 2013. To reach that target, we will grow by having 120 salons by 2010. We will take it up to 200 salons by December 2011 and to 450 outlets by 2013,” says K. Veena, Founder-Director, Naturals Beauty Salon India.
The company will invest Rs 50 crore to reach the target of opening 450 outlets by 2013. Initially, the company will invest Rs 30 crore in setting up the outlets and another Rs 20 crore by 2011-12. The size of all the outlets across the nation will range from 1,200 sq. ft to 1,500 sq. ft.
Presently, the company supports outlets in many cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Kochi, Calicut and Tiruvanthapuram.
