Nissan India inaugurated its 200th retail outlet in India, Ritu Nissan located in Mumbai. In the last two months, the company has opened showrooms in Trichy, Tirupati, Sikar and Nasik. Nissan India is focused on, not just simply widening their network but also side by side focusing on extensive quality network which will have customer service as its prime concern.
Nissan is definitely moving closer to the customers and thinking long term. The group is looking at 300 sales and service touch points by end of 2016. Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. spoke on the occasion of dealer opening and said, “At Nissan India, we are proud to reach this significant milestone in such a short period of time. Establishing 200 outlets in a span of just five years not only makes our network one of the fastest growing in India, but puts us well on track to achieve our target of setting up 300 dealerships across the country by the end of fiscal year 2016. This expansion further strengthens Nissan’s commitment to its customers by bringing its world class products closer to its ever increasing consumer base.”
Manoj Lalwani, who is leading the Ritu Nissan group also spoke on the occasion and talked about how they will provide quality service to the customers and focus on giving the customers a pleasant experience.
