The online service provider has also launched free Doctor Helpline services to the users with an aim to take first or second opinion regarding medical tests.

Significantly, the brand came into being with an aim to book tests online only, however, soon the company realized the traditional process was complex and inefficient, thus decided to improve it with advance services.

The online portal is gaining great response from the users with most initial growth parameter rising at 100 per cent month-on-month. The company is also in the process of tying up with chemists to aggregate offline demand of medicines and medicated products.
