Owned by Intergold Gems Pvt. Ltd, ORRA has plans to increase its number of franchisees by March next year.

Owned by Intergold Gems Pvt. Ltd, ORRA has plans to increase its number of franchisees by March next year. The jewellery retailer started its operations in 2004 and took franchise route in 2013. Currently the brand has one franchisee run and 33 company owned stores.

Vijay Jain, Founder Director- ORRA informed Franchise India: “We plan to have at least eight franchisees by March 2016. Since awareness about branded jewellery is no longer restricted to big cities and has spread to smaller towns, cities and rural areas, ORRA decided to opt for the franchise route. The franchise model is a win-win for both the parties as it promises and covers all the risk involved in the business (Guarantied 10% ROI 3 cumulative years). To make itaccessible to all sections of the society nationwide prompted the brand to look at growth through franchisees in tier I, II and III towns.”

Currently, ORRA is present in Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Rajkot, Surat, Ahmedabad, Indore, Nagpur, Bhopal, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Amritsar,Chandigarh, Jalandhar and Lucknow. With its design centres spread across the globe in New York, Antwerp, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Mumbai, ORRA's designers have won several prestigious awards like the De Beers International Award (DIA).
