Omega Seiki has recently announced a strategic collaboration with ReadyAssist to roll out a comprehensive roadside assistance program for Omega Seiki's three-wheelers. In the inaugural phase, ReadyAssist's Roadside Assistance (RSA) initiative is set to cover all currently deployed Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) vehicles. As the partnership progresses into its second year, a retail subscription plan is slated for introduction, extending ReadyAssist RSA benefits to all existing Omega Seiki vehicles.

The phased approach, spanning the initial RSA coverage and later retail subscriptions, reflects a strategic vision to cater to the evolving needs of Omega Seiki vehicle owners and further solidifies the partnership's long-term objectives.
In addition to the partnership with ReadyAssist, OSM emphasizes service excellence through a robust infrastructure. This includes Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) Service Centers for direct control and quality adherence.
All dealerships feature comprehensive service setups, ensuring efficient support nationwide. Complementing this infrastructure is a proactive on-ground service team of 70 individuals, poised to promptly address customer needs. This multifaceted approach, in conjunction with the collaboration with ReadyAssist, positions OSM as a front-runner in both electric mobility and customer-centric service within the industry.
