OYO Hotels and Homes has introduced a "Partner Privilege Program" for its more than 10,000 asset owners across over 300 cities in India. The new programme is part of OYO’s Partner Engagement Network (OPEN) launched in April 2019.
The company said in a statement, “The Partner Privilege Program will provide exclusive benefits and opportunities to OYO India's top-performing hotel owners for their personal and professional advancement. The program involves three types of benefits, including growth benefits, partnership benefits, and OYO network benefits.”
The benefits of Partner Privilege Program include easy and expedited availability of cash in bank business advances and improved lending terms from banks and NBFCs for its high performing owners.
Aditya Ghosh, CEO, India and South Asia at OYO, said, “The idea is to create a network of benefits which start with an engagement with OYO, secondly growing that business, thirdly, helping operate that business, fourthly providing better operating leverage and employee retention incentives and finally partner benefits on outer discounts, etc. That’s the ecosystem that we are creating.”
Ayush Mathur, Chief Supply Officer of OYO, stated, “The programme had been designed for those asset owners who need some infrastructural upgradation for their asset, and who have been with the firm for a while. This is something where OYO invests in the asset owner and helps them upgrade their infrastructure to deliver a better consumer experience.”
