Pan India Food Solutions, an organised retail-food player is expanding its footprint via franchising. The brand plans to open 50 new outlets with an investment of more than Rs 150 crore.
Presently, the food company operates brands such as Spaghetti Kitchen, Copper Chimney, Bombay Blue, Gelato Italiano, Noodle Bar, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and food courts - Spoon and Foodtalk. The decade old private company has a total of 126 outlets in major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.
Recently, the brand opened its 12th Spaghetti Kitchen outlet in Pune. Spaghetti Kitchen had become popular in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and in Kolkata due to its Italian flavours, crafted by celebrity Chef Bill Marchetti from Italy. Due to the popularity of Spaghetti Kitchen, the company plans to open three-four new outlets this financial year. The 13th Spaghetti Kitchen outlet is set to open within three months in Chandigarh.
