- Pre-recruitment brand to train youth for Indian security forces, seeks franchisees
National Academy of Pre-Recruitment Training (NAPT), which trains youth to join armed, paramilitary and other security forces every year, is looking for pan-India expansion via the franchise route. The brand has about 40 centres at present and aims to develop 300 study centres within two years.
“After successfully establishing its base in South India, NAPT is looking forward for a pan-India expansion, Master Franchisee will be established in every states and study centres in all districts. The NAPT advantages are- no competitors, low investment, steady growth and RoI in a very short span of time. The aim is to develop 300 study centres within two years,” says Sudheer, MD and CEO, NAPT.
“NAPT is planning for a phased pan-India expansion. In phase I, Master Franchisee will be established in 16 North Indian states with 30 study centres in each state. Later in phase II, NAPT will establish in north-eastern states. In phase III, NAPT will cover all states with study centres in each district,” he adds further. NAPT’s pre-recruitment training covers wide physical training, academic training, healthcare training, personality development training and medical awareness under the guidance of experts. After the training, the trainees’ leadership skills and communication skills shall be given a boost.
