- Punjab Grill food trucks to be soon seen on the streets of New York
One of the largest and the most dynamic F&B Retail companies in India, Lite Bite Foods owned by Dabur scion Amit Burman is on its way to launch food trucks for its brand Punjab Grill for the first time ever. Firstly, the food trucks will be seen parading on the streets of New York.
Elaborating on the same, Rohit Aggarwal, Director, Lite Bite Foods told Franchise India: “The food trucks have been a part and parcel of the unorganised food business. We see huge prospects for organised and hygienic food trucks in the near future. We have a very simple concept of hygienic Indian street food.”
Lite Bite Foods has partnered with a company in New York who will be operating the food trucks.
On further steps, Aggarwal informed: “We are focusing on food trucks in this phase. We might look at expansion plans in the next phase. Apart from this, we are also opening American Tandoor in Washington DC at Tyson Square Mall. “
