R K Global to expand its business

R K Global, a company known for providing financial services has plans to open franchise offices in major cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon etc, by the end of this financial year. The company is also diversifying its business by venturing into infrastructure and insurance space in the next two years.

The group has formed a new unit, R K Global Infrastructure, which will assertively focus on roads and highways, housing and building work and other such infrastructure projects. Sushil Kumar Dhancholia, Director, R K Global said, "We are planning to move into the infrastructure business by 2013. We are also targeting to enter in insurance business by the next year." There are tremendous opportunities for private players to grow in the infrastructure sector, as India is expected to spend around USD 1 trillion on infrastructure during the 12^th Five Year Plan.

Internationally R K Global has its franchise office in Singapore and it plans to set up more offices in markets such as Dubai, Australia, New Zealand in the near future.
