- Rainbow Hospitality group looks to expand operations in Kerala
Rainbow Hospitality group, the UAE-based company, is looking to expand its operations in Kerala. The group has a strong presence in the food catering business.
Rainbow Hospitality, running several restaurants in Dubai and Sharjah, has begun services in the state starting from Kochi.
John Manjooran, CEO, Rainbow Hospitality group, said, "We have set up a Rs 6 crore centralised kitchen at Njarrakal in Kochi which can make 10,000 dishes daily for catering."
“The group will open its services in Kannur and Kozhikode districts next month. Its next centralised kitchen will be started in Kannur. Our aim is to cover all districts in the state over the course of time,” Manjooran added.
The group will further launch outlets selling its branded food products such as biriyani and meat dishes.
Manjooran further stated, "The group takes special care in collecting the raw materials for its dishes including meat and spices. We don’t buy proprietary spice brands but procure and process it ourselves. We also have specific standards for buying meat and other ingredients."
