RE/MAX India enters AP via franchising

RE/MAX India a Master Franchisee of Denver (US)-based real estate brokerage firm is planning to enter Andhra Pradesh through franchising. The company is going to launch its operations in Andhra Pradesh with its base in Hyderabad.

Presently, RE/MAX is targeting around eight to ten franchises in the major towns of Andhra Pradesh. The company along with its partners and franchisees is all set to play the role of a facilitator for scouting properties, both for commercial and residential purposes. The company’s licensing model for brokerages is based on revenue sharing with maximum returns for the local agent of the franchisee.

RE/MAX is operating across the globe through 7, 000 offices in 80 countries. It entered India in January 2009.
