Realty player Regrob seeks franchisees to ramp up expansion

Regrob, a real estate brokerage brand that combines the best real estate search site with local and experienced real estate agents, is looking for franchisees to expand its network.

In an exclusive chat with TFW bureau, Ashish Kaushik, Co-founder, Regrob confirms, “We are working on a franchisee based business model for our expansion where the last mile transaction services are provided by our franchisees. We plan to grow and cover 100 cities in India through our franchisee based model.”

Presently, the brand is operational in 15 cities through its franchise offices. Those who are looking to get into realty business, the investment starts from Rs 2.5 lakh and goes up to Rs 10 lakh.
