Red Ginger scaling to reach 100

Red Ginger Hospitality, owning brands like Mad about China, Madras Mail and Indian Tadka, plans to take its store count to 100 outlets by 2013 via the franchise route. The company has recently, opened two franchise outlets of Mad about China, and Indian Tadka in Patna.

Red Ginger presently has outlets in Kanpur, Lucknow, Vadodara, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Chandigarh. The company is planning rapid expansion of all brands under its portfolio to reach the target of 100.
