Rudraksh, a multi-design store of Pune opened its first franchise outlet on Jetalpur road in Vadodara. The store features a mixed bag of Indian outfits, indo-western and fusion wear. The store was inaugurated by Padmashri awardee and celebrated fashion designer Wendell Rodricks and Maharani Radhika Raje Gaekwad of Vadodra. Rudraksh has launched more than 100 labels in Pune in a span of almost six years.
Rasika Wakalkar, Founder And Owner of Rudraksh says: “The vision of the store is to bridge the existing gap between availability of organised, exclusive designer wear and accessories in an upcoming market like Vadodara. Our aim is to offer a wide range of options to choose from for their day wear, party wear as well as wedding wear. We wish to make these accessible in Vadodara itself, keeping in mind price points and value propositions.”
Vaibhavi Gandhi and Manswini Panchal, the local franchise owners who have brought the multi designer store and brand to Vadodara, feel that the city needs a fashion destination store to bring curated options in Indian designer labels. They say: “The designer sensibilities that Rudraksh brings to Vadodara are meant for all ages and are very affordable prices for the market here.”
