Salad Chef Food initiated in July 1993 through a small eatery in Delhi, is all set to expand by opening its franchised outlets in NCR region within the next three months.
Keeping in mind the increased demand for health food for meals to compensate for sedentary lifestyle, the company has opened outlets in major food courts in Delhi and Gurgaon. Considering the tremendous response, the company also aims to make a mark with their salads covering the entire north India, focusing on cities like Delhi and NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur etc. The Salad Chef Food is also planning to open franchise outlets in Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai.
Team of professionals like Sanjay Agarwal (ex employee of Taj group of hotels), Ranjan Agarwal (Food & Dairy technologist and a nutrition expert) and Rakesh Brahmi (hotelier) were the founding partners and have served as consistent inspiration behind the whole idea.
