ShineNexgen has been empowering people around the world to achieve business transformation and growth through its services that boost process and operational efficiencies. Speaking to Opportunity India, Shankar Naidu, CEO, ShineNexgen explains how he started a solution provider company and how it is catering to the needs of the industry.
ShineNexgen was started in 2017. The idea for this venture came up as a result of recognizing the need to help individuals who lacked essential skills, such as English language proficiency, communication skills, interview techniques, and soft skills. Understanding the importance of these skills in today's competitive job market, Naidu decided to create a training and recruitment service that could empower people to improve their employability and career prospects.
“Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, I have curated comprehensive training programmes tailored to the specific needs and goals of target audience. ShineNexgen’s vision was to provide practical, hands-on learning experiences that would enable individuals to overcome language barriers and enhance their professional capabilities,” he said.
