There is no company today which says we don’t require any Manpower / profession.” On the other hand, Joseph Devasia, Managing Partner, Antal International Network India, affirmed: “Antal Global Snapshot, a quarterly Hiring Outlook Survey, provides an in depth view on hiring across a wide range of geographic markets and industry segments. However, the level of companies shedding staff has also fallen, decreasing by half. This indicates a more measured approach to recruitment from Indian businesses, as organisations look to develop the managerial and professional talent they already have on their books.
