Sunrise Tacos planning Indian foray

Sunrise Tacos, a subsidiary of Bangkok-based Sunbelt Asia Company, started by an American entrepreneur, is now selling franchises to two parties in India, confirms Greg Lange, managing director of Sunbelt Asia Company. One of the Indian companies is Damani Traders, which is negotiating for the franchise with Sunrise Tacos. The name of the second Indian company has not been disclosed. However both the companies have started looking for space in Kolkata and Mumbai. Sunrise Tacos has been negotiating with the two Indian Groups for some time.

Established in 2007, the company is currently operating in Thailand at the Leader Price Complex, Emporium, Sukhumvit Soi 12 and Siam Paragon mall.
