Talwalkars HIFI on an expansion spree

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd. has entered into a Master Franchise Agreement for opening additional Talwalkars HIFI gyms at 30 locations. HIFI (Healthy India Fit India) is Talwalkars small format gym to spread health and fitness solutions especially in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities.

For opening a Talwalkars Hi Fi franchise an investment of Rs 45 -85 lakh is required depending upon the gym size. The Return on investment (ROI) is usually 35-50% with breakeven of 2-3 Years. All Talwalkars HIFI are purely franchised and currently there are 13 operational franchisee outlets with another 10 in pipeline.
