The Cooking Culture, a multi cuisine restaurant owned by Aromen group from Gujarat is now ready to expand its network in tier II cities. The brand is looking for prospective franchise partners. The Cooking Culture serves cuisines from 40 different countries across the globe in vegetarian format with the essence of the region intact. Currently, the brand has presence in Ahmadabad.
Mrudang Jambusaria, Partner, The Cooking Culture said: “In a span of one year we plan to open six outlets of The Cooking Culture in tier II cities of India. As far as international plans are concerned, we have already done couple of agreements for going International by early next year.”
The Cooking Culture has an extensive use of earthy materials like wood, stones, copper, exposed ceilings in its restaurants. To open The Cooking Culture, an investment of Rs 75 Lakh is required with an area of 2500-3000 sq ft for standard 100 seater restaurant. For an exclusive restaurant with 50 seats, an area of 1500 - 1800 sq ft is a requisite. The brand will provide total support in staffing, recipe management, quality control, staff training and operating manuals.
