The MobileStore to open 700 new outlets

The Mobile Store (TMS), a telecom retailer owned by the Essar Group, plans to add around 700 outlets to its network in the next six months. These outlets will be a mix of both company owned and franchised outlets in tier II and III cities and towns.

The brand has already started working on its expansion plans and around 100 stores are already in pipeline. At present, TMS is operating through 1,200 outlets across 200 cities. Besides this, the company is planning to sell more smartphones. The brand has also started a new service called connected world’, where it gives a live demonstration of all the applications possible in the 3G era. The service has already been introduced across some of company outlets.
