All the unhealthy intakes make the immunity or fighting blood cells weak and accumulate layers and layers of fat.

As the words say, “Take care of your body because it is where you are going to live.”

Since fitness mantra has marched in its ways into people’s lives, especially for the unhealthy lifestyle, availability of junk food, aerated drinks and chemically injected fruits and vegetables makes the human body prone to deadly diseases. All this unhealthy intakes make the immunity or fighting blood cells weak and accumulate layers and layers of fat.

Body shaming or fat shaming has become the trend of today’s generation. And I totally agree that no one has the right to advice, mock or make fun of anybody’s body shape or size without their consent.

In order to eliminate the accumulated fats, shed some extra unhealthy kilos and to build stamina and strength to fight the disease causing agents, maintaining a healthy diet is not enough, one also has to work it out under the proper guidance of a fitness instructor.

Isn’t it tempting to see a perfectly carved and chiseled body? But when you step in their shoes, only then you will realize how much hard work, dedication, time and energy have flown in to make that body look perfect and tempting.

Here are a few tips on how to become a fitness trainer:

1.Know your craft:

For an outsider, it looks like an easy job to exercise and get paid, but no. To become a fitness trainer, one has to undergo a good 3-12 months training program, where he/she learns the craft by physical working out and studying from the text books.

To earn the certificate of a physical trainer, one has to choose wisely as to which certificate program, he wants to gain expertise in and that certificate must be accredited by National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the certificate loses its value along with your hard work.

2.Earn the title:

After you learn the craft, you have to pass the exam, in order to gain the certificate, which will be your ultimate recognition as a fitness trainer. Once you get the certificate, figure out where you want to work as in fitness centers or gyms or you want to open your own fitness club.

Then let work your work do the talking, start looking for clients or advertise about your class availability, what extra you are offering the client or let them know about your expertise through television ads, radio ads or newspaper ads.

3.Polish your craft:

People have this notion that a fitness trainer gets paid for being fit and for working out but if one observes, he\she will realize that, a fitness trainer hardly gets time to work out.

A fitness trainer dedicates all his time and energy to the client, in making him/her practice the fitness moves, making the moves get perfect, to take care of the client from being over worked or hurt by the equipments.

So trainers stay back after wrapping the day’s work and work out on their body as their body is the product, which he/ she sells to earn money.

4.Play multiple roles:

A fitness trainer plays multiple roles other than just training; he/she tries his/her best to keep the client motivated throughout the duration of the session.

There are days when the client doesn’t feel well or due to some circumstances misses the class, the next day the fitness trainer has to plan or schedule the work outs, so that the client does not feel over burdened but gets the result. To make that change, the trainer has to sit and plan, which easily extend to hours of brain and physical work. Physical work because the trainer himself/herself tries those work outs before ordering them on client.

On the other hand if the trainer does not feel well in certain days or goes through emotional chaos, he/she cannot reflect it on the client, thus they have to maintain the same happy face and work equally hard while training the client.

It takes physical strength, emotional cutoff, dedication, self motivation and strong focus to be a fitness trainer. If you think you are mentally, physically and emotionally strong, you are fit to be a fitness trainer.
