Tommy Hilfiger, a fashion brand brought to India by Arvind Murjani Brands Pvt. Ltd launches its first outlet in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This franchised store is a part of the brand’s endeavor to expand and establish its reach into tier II cities in India. Besides this, the company is also looking at launching a total of 25 more stores across India by mid 2012.
Located in the centre of the city, in the Hazratganj area, the Tommy Hilfiger store in Lucknow is well placed among other premium international brands in this upscale high street. Bollywood Actor Dino Morea hosted an opening event at the store on 14th June 2011. The store’s interior pays tribute to the brand’s roots by incorporating an eclectic mix of vintage inspired furniture and props from America. The sophisticated and elegant atmosphere features a contemporary take on traditional paneling, providing a rich backdrop to the Classic American Cool feel that is synonymous with the brand.
