- Trivitron Healthcare looking to clock revenue of around Rs 750 crore in FY19
Trivitron Healthcare, the domestic medical devices maker, is eyeing revenue of around Rs 750 crore in the current fiscal year. In the last fiscal year, the Chennai-based company had posted revenue of around Rs 650 crore.
GSK Velu, Chairman and Managing Director, Trivitron Healthcare, said, "We are looking at a revenue of around Rs 750 crore for the current fiscal year."
Established in 1997, the company focuses on the areas like laboratory, imaging, intensive care, operating rooms and renal dialysis.
80% of the profits come from the areas of laboratory and imaging. The key product manufactured by the company is for newborn screening.
"Going forward laboratory and imaging will continue to be the focus areas for the company where we are looking for both organic and inorganic growth to push revenues," Velu added.
Currently, Trivitron Healthcare has 9 USFDA, CE manufacturing facilities across five locations, including Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ankara and Helsinki. The company has more than 1,500 employees.
