UAE-based The Acai Spot Coffee Shop is planning to expand in India through franchising. The brand is eyeing cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore for expansion.
The main focus of the coffee shop is Acai, which is a food that comes from Brazil and is considered a superfood. Açaí offers a lot of benefits like energy-boosting, anti-aging, antioxidants and more.
Marcio Saboya, Co-Founder and CEO, The Acai Spot, said, “I'm originally Brazilian and I created this brand called The Acai Spot in the Dubai, UAE. We are operating since 2015 and our specialty is the Coffee shop in the healthy style.”
“The type of product we offer is very new today in the market. So, I saw something that was going to be completely brand new today. In India, we look at launching four to five stores at once, as we need to bring Acai from outside,” he added.
