Uber introduces UberGo cab service in Patna

Global ride-sharing major Uber has launched its UberGO services in Patna. Following this, users in the city can now book rides on UberGO by downloading the Uber app on their smartphones.

With this launch, Uber expands its cab-hailing services to 36 cities across South Asia. 

The announcement for expansion comes almost two years after Uber launched its operations in Lucknow. The cab-hailing major is further planning to invest heavily in strengthening its presence across congested cities in India and share multi-modal transportation solutions.

Prabhjeet Singh, Uber India and South Asia Head of Cities, said, "We are thrilled to announce our presence in Patna! With this launch, Uber scales its presence in the fast-growing state of Bihar.
