These stores will provide a whole gamut of Uninor services such as prepaid, VAS and GPRS. The layout and infrastructure of the stores is a reflective of Telenor stores worldwide. The store hosts state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool along with wide range of handsets and accessories.
Uninor, a joint venture between Norwegian telecom giant Telenor and Indian real estate company Unitech Group, had started operations in 2009. It plans to launch more company outlets, franchise outlets and exclusive retail outlets in all district headquarters of Andhra Pradesh.
