While Delhi/NCR and Jharkhand remain the most attractive and business generating markets in last 12 years, the company is also looking at expanding other regions of the country. Gupta said, “We have very strong presence in Delhi NCR for last 12+ years. Other than MSMEs, we have been serving various big clients also including Lemon tree Hotels, Sterling Holidays, National Skill Council of India other than 3000+ small clients.”

Describing the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the company, Gupta said that the company projects itself like ‘The Real people in Virtual world’. It focuses on sharing knowledge first, and then selling services. This is why the company has flourished year after year challenging its core competitor data centres like GoDaddy, blue host, CtrlS. Gupta said, “they are providing Web hosting as product package or bundle where customer needs to adjust their requirement according to the package of product. We first listen to the customer to understand their exact requirement, share knowledge with them and then we provide web hosting services in a way which fulfils not only the requirements of the client, but also well fits in his budget.”
As the company is in expansion spree, it is in process to raise funds. Gupta elaborates, “We wish to setup Web Studio in Tier-2 cities so that the small businesses can get their digital knowledge and implement in their business for optimized outcomes.”
