- VF Arvind on the hunt for partners and master franchisees!
VF Arvind Brands is scouting for partners and master franchisees to raise the retail business of its premium brands Kipling, Jansport, and Nautica. It is keen to expand through both the ways - EBO (exclusive brand outlet) network and shop-in-shop presence. The company is a joint venture between VF Corp. and Arvind. The company is looking for the right business model and partners who can scale up the businesses. While the size of these businesses has been maintained, the company so far hasn’t been pushing for significant growth in these brands. VF Arvind brands will offer its partners the required support and has begun the process for search of potential players who have the necessary experience in lifestyle business. During the next three years VF Arvind has targeted 20 EBOs each for apparel brand Nautica and women’s casual handbag brand Kipling, apart from 20 to 30 shop-in-shops. It is also aiming for 150 shop-in-shops for backpack brand Jansport. Currently, VF Arvind has 22 selling points (both EBOs and shop-in-shops) across Nautica, Kipling and Jansport. These are owned and managed by Arvind Fashions, a subsidiary of Arvind.
