Vista Rooms chalks out plans to expand pan-India image
Vista Rooms is also eyeing entering international markets.

Luxury homestay start-up Vista Rooms is planning to soon expand pan India. The start-up offers homestay in luxury villas and holiday homes, belonging to high net worth individuals (HNIs) and companies in holiday destinations of Maharashtra and Goa to premium clientele.

Ankita Sheth, Co-Founder of Vista Rooms, said, "In 2017, we had 45 properties in Maharashtra, which has now gone up to 125 in Maharashtra and Goa. In 2019, we aim to increase it to 350-400 as we are expanding aggressively. By 2020, we have plans to be in all holiday destinations of India and in some international markets with a total of 1,000 properties under our management." 

Vista Rooms is also eyeing entering international markets.

"We have plans to be in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, the United Kingdom and Dubai. Our mission is to be the home away from home for an Indian traveller. We will take care of their stay, food, travel and other requirements for a comfortable holiday in prime property," Sheth further stated.

At present, the luxury home stay facility is available in Lonavala, Khandala, Pawna, Karjat, Khopoli, Alibaug, Nashik, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani in Maharashtra and some locations in Goa. 

Sheth added, "We follow a strict vetting process of guests and ensure that the rules set for each property in terms of alcohol consumption, non-vegetarian food, and events are not flouted in any way."
