Amongst 42,000 outlets worldwide, his is probably one of the smallest Subway restaurants in the world. The Bengaluru outlet operated by Nagabushanam exhibited customer satisfaction and outstanding achievement in building sales and traffic.
Subway has more than 20,000 franchisees across 107 countries. Nagabushanam is one of 48 franchisees, named regional franchisee for the year. One of the reasons that led Nagabushanam towards success has been the innovative use of opportunities and local store marketing initiatives undertaken from time to time. The store was a pioneer in introducing home delivery in December 2007. The results were slow but now almost 10 per cent of the monthly sales result from home delivery.
