Yum! Brands to strengthen its network in India

Yum! Restaurants International, a division of Yum! Brands, Inc. is planning to strengthen its network by opening 1,000 KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants by 2015 across India. These will be opened through a mix of franchised and company owned outlets.

Recently, the Pizza Hut has been named as the ‘Most Trusted Food Service Brand’ in India for the sixth year by The Economic Times’ Brand Equity Most Trusted Brands 2010 annual survey. Presently, the company is operating through 159 Pizza Huts in 33 cities, 75 KFC restaurants in 13 cities, and one Taco Bell in Bengaluru in India.
