Speaking on its expansion plans with Franchise India, Vivek Bhanot, Business Head- Strategic Acquisitions of Zee Learn, says, “We look at maintaining our leadership position in the education space for years to come. As far as next five years are concerned, we are envisioned to grow the business at a steady rate of 35-40% every year, adding close to around 500 Kidzee and 30 MLZS every year, thus taking our preschool centres to around 4000+ and K12 schools to around 300+.”
“We are looking at going more aggressive for the next five years as India has a tremendous potential for franchising. The ease of starting a business as a franchise, handsome return on investment, capacity to grow year-on-year, flexibility in terms of capacity utilization are things that make a Kidzee or MLZS partnership the ultimate choice,” he adds further.
Kidzee has 1600+ centres while Mount Litera Zee School has 150+ centres at present. The Zee group lays a major thrust on franchising and expands its footprint via the franchise route pan-India. Thus, it has offered many entrepreneurial opportunities for investors and franchisees.
