As a leader, I've learnt the importance of resilience, adaptability, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The ability to navigate challenges with a positive mindset and continuously innovate has been crucial in our rapid growth. My journey from the IT sector to becoming a Pizza Giant taught me the value of bold ideas and staying true to my passion.
