 What led to the genesis of  MyBoli?

Hyderabad is home to flourishing Maharashtrian diaspora, with a rich history of cultural           connections to Maharashtra. The inception of Myboli Maharashtrian Kitchen stems from our desire to craft a unique culinary experience for both Maharashtrians and the local population, celebrating the vibrant cultural tapestry that binds us.

What is the USP of your brand?

The unique selling proposition (USP) of our brand centers around the unmatched culinary experience we provide—an undiscovered journey for those seeking something genuinely distinct. Our food carries a distinctive touch, emphasizing purity; we grind our own spices and various grains. The flour utilized in crafting a variety of our breads hails from our own flour mill. Moreover, we refrain from using any ready-made premixes in our dishes, ensuring a healthy and authentic food experience.

What made you venture into franchising? What kind of business opportunity do you aim to offer to the franchisees?

Our primary motivation for venturing into franchising is to offer individuals residing outside Maharashtra the opportunity to savor Maharashtrian cuisine. Additionally, we aim to raise awareness and appreciation for Maharashtrian food among both Maharashtrians and non-Maharashtrians residing in various cities.

How many outlets do you have at the moment?

Currently, we proudly operate two outlets.

In the evolving landscape of Indian eating habits shaped by changing lifestyles, urbanization and globalization, the F&B industry is witnessing transformative trends.
