My journey from the software industry to the world of business has been a long and transformative expedition. The idea of becoming an entrepreneur stemmed from my desire to overcome the challenges of being an employee. My primary motivation was to achieve financial independence while also creating employment opportunities for others. Additionally, I aimed to strike a balance between my professional and personal life.
The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, filled with invaluable experiences. Working in an inspiring environment, where my ability to learn quickly and work efficiently was recognized, and has made the experience even more fulfilling.

My association with Lakmé Salon spans 21 incredible years with my first outlet in 2003 at Rajajinagar, Bangalore, and the journey has been truly transformative. This partnership has allowed me to grow as a confident entrepreneur. Being a part of such an esteemed brand has provided invaluable learning opportunities, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to navigate the dynamic beauty industry. The experience has been both challenging and rewarding, pushing me to innovate, adapt, and lead with confidence.

Currently I own 8 salons in Bangalore. With 21 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, my goal is to strengthen my presence by opening more Lakmé Salon outlets in strategic locations, ensuring accessibility to high-quality beauty services. Beyond physical expansion, I also aim to enhance customer experience by integrating technology-driven solutions, improving operational efficiency, and upskilling my team to stay ahead of industry trends
