The Textile Manufacturers Association (TMA), Amritsar, in collaboration with the Cluster Intervention Programme of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), is set to make a strong impact at Bharat Tex 2025. The prestigious event will be held from February 14 to 17 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
According to Rajiv Khanna, General Secretary of TMA, Amritsar, eight leading textile MSME units from the region will showcase their latest innovations in technical textiles, demonstrating Amritsar’s growing prominence in this high-value sector. These enterprises will exhibit advanced fabric solutions and next-generation textile applications, reflecting India’s manufacturing excellence and technological advancements.
As a key enabler of this initiative, SIDBI has played a crucial role in strengthening MSMEs by providing technical expertise, facilitating access to advanced manufacturing techniques, and creating new market opportunities. Under its Cluster Intervention Programme, SIDBI has helped these enterprises adopt global best practices, enhance product quality, and establish a competitive presence in both domestic and international markets.
With this participation, Amritsar’s textile industry is set to gain greater recognition on a global platform, reinforcing India’s position as a leader in technical textiles.
