Bajaj Auto Ltd. has launched ‘Bajaj GoGo’, its dedicated brand for electric three-wheelers, featuring a certified range of 251 kilometers per charge. The company introduced three passenger variants – P5009, P5012, and P7012, with prices starting at ₹3,26,797 (P5009) and ₹3,83,004 (P7012) (ex-showroom Delhi). Bookings are now open across all Bajaj Auto dealerships in India.

Key Features & Specifications

The GoGo lineup comes with a two-speed automated transmission, ensuring better performance on inclines. The naming structure follows a specific system:

 ‘P’ denotes passenger models

‘50’ and ‘70’ indicate size categories

‘09’ and ‘12’ represent battery capacities of 9 kWh and 12 kWh, respectively

The GoGo electric three-wheelers feature a full-metal body for durability and advanced safety systems such as Auto Hazard and Anti-Roll Detection. Other highlights include LED lighting, Hill Hold Assist, and a 5-year battery warranty.

For customers seeking additional features, Bajaj offers a ‘Premium TecPac’, which includes remote immobilization and reverse assist for better security and ease of use.

Bajaj’s Vision for Electric Mobility

Samardeep Subandh, President of the Intra City Business Unit at Bajaj Auto Ltd., highlighted the value of the GoGo range, stating: “With a certified range of 251 km, segment-first features, and Bajaj’s trusted reliability, GoGo will offer a comprehensive solution to maximize earnings and minimize downtime for customers.”

Bajaj Auto explained that the ‘GoGo’ brand name is inspired by colloquial references to three-wheelers worldwide, reflecting the company’s commitment to continuous innovation while preserving its Indian heritage.

Future Plans: Cargo Variants Coming Soon

The initial launch focuses on passenger electric three-wheelers, but Bajaj has confirmed that cargo variants will be introduced in the coming months, expanding the GoGo product ecosystem further.
