SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) hosted the 3rd International Symposium for Thriving Eco-Energy in Mobility (ISTEM) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The symposium, focused on the theme "Future-Ready Solutions: Road to Carbon Neutralization," aimed at advancing sustainable mobility and fostering discussions on innovative strategies, solutions, and frameworks to achieve carbon neutrality in the mobility sector. Eminent speakers and dignitaries participated in this collaborative platform.
At the Expo, the Nasscom Mobility Tech Pavilion brought together leaders from the automotive, technology, and mobility sectors, along with global engineering R&D heads and academia. The pavilion highlighted critical topics such as sustainable mobility and cybersecurity for connected vehicles, reinforcing India’s position as a leader in shaping the future of mobility.
Mercedes-Benz India’s pavilion added a touch of glamour with the presence of Indian cricketer Shubhman Gill and Bollywood actor Vedang Raina. Their appearance created an exhilarating atmosphere, with the Mercedes outdoor pavilion showcasing the all-electric Mercedes G-Class, the G 580, which captivated visitors with its impressive G-Turn maneuver.
Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan made a special appearance at the Maruti Suzuki India Limited pavilion, where he was announced as the brand ambassador for the Brezza. The unveiling was part of Maruti Suzuki’s new campaign, "More Power to Your Play," adding excitement to the event.
In the Steel Pavilion, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India presented innovative products such as the H Frame, Double Door Ring, Battery Pack Solution, and more, demonstrating their advancements in the sector.
At the Tyre Expo 2025, leading brands like Michelin, JK Tyre, and MRF impressed visitors with creative setups. Michelin’s Play Zone allowed attendees to race on digital consoles, while MRF’s ZLX setup featured a picture booth where visitors could snap photos with a digital version of MRF’s brand ambassador, Virat Kohli. Meanwhile, the Formula 4 car at the JK Tyre stall sparked the imagination of race enthusiasts.
The expo featured state-of-the-art solutions shaping the future of transportation, with contributions from Bosch, HCLTech, Tata Elxsi, KPIT, QuestGlobal, Capgemini, and several startups and mobility service providers.
The ‘Components Show’ at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, concluded on a high note, showcasing India’s growing automotive ecosystem and its strides towards Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Key highlights included the unveiling of cutting-edge products like DGMS-compliant safety technologies by Novus Hi-Tech, Paint Protection Films by ALP Group, advanced EV solutions by BorgWarner, and innovative safety gear for motorcyclists by ParaSafe.
The third day of the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo and the Urban Mobility Infrastructure Show also saw impressive participation from industry stakeholders and visitors alike.
In a series of insightful discussions held at Expo Mart, Greater Noida, experts deliberated on the future of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) in India and the progress of the CE industry. The International Conference on Air Mobility, themed "Aerial Evolution: Shaping Tomorrow's Urban Air Mobility," brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and global experts. Additionally, the 3rd CE Manufacturing & Supply Chain Summit, hosted by iCEMA in association with the Ministry of Heavy Industries, further contributed to the event's success.
