Premium flex workspace provider CorporatEdge has launched its latest centre, ‘The India Centre’, at the newly developed World Trade Center in Nauroji Nagar, further strengthening its presence in the Delhi NCR region. Spanning 42,000 sq. ft., the new space brings CorporatEdge’s total footprint in Delhi to 62,000 sq. ft., including its flagship location in Connaught Place.
With this launch, CorporatEdge now operates eight centres across Delhi, Gurugram, and Bangalore, covering over 260,000 sq. ft. nationwide. The new WTC centre offers 620 desks, 34 private office suites, premium amenities like a 45-seater café, and design elements inspired by Indian heritage — all aimed at meeting the needs of professionals and enterprises in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Strategically located near IGI Airport and key commercial and healthcare hubs, the centre is poised to attract Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and startups alike. Opened at 30% occupancy, the centre is expected to reach full capacity by year-end as part of CorporatEdge’s broader metro expansion strategy.
Commenting on this expansion, Monaah M Shuklla, Founder and CEO at CorporatEdge said, “The launch of ‘The India Centre’ at WTC Delhi is a significant milestone in our journey to deliver premium workspaces that adhere to global standards while retaining a uniquely Indian identity. Expanding into a rapidly developing commercial hub like Nauroji Nagar allows us to offer diverse, high-value options to our clients.”
Aashish S Shukla, Managing Director at CorporatEdge said, “We have always approached expansion strategically, focusing on high-potential locations that align with the future of business. The World Trade Center is one such hub, poised to become a nucleus for both global and domestic enterprises.”
