D2C fine jewellery brand GIVA has rolled out a new one-day delivery service, ‘GIVA Go’, across four major cities—Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi—allowing customers to receive their jewellery orders within just 24 hours.
The service aims to meet growing consumer expectations for faster fulfilment in the e-commerce space. “With GIVA Go, we’re bringing speed as a strategic edge to the jewellery-buying experience—while maintaining our core focus on quality, design, and thoughtful packaging,” said Anirudh Kudva, Chief Revenue Officer at GIVA. He added that the service strengthens the brand’s role in India’s evolving e-commerce ecosystem.
To enable this rapid delivery, GIVA has set up strategically located dark stores and partnered with logistics providers to ensure same-day and next-day order fulfilment. Orders placed between 12 PM and 1 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, while pickups made by 3 PM can be delivered within hours in select pin codes.
Products eligible for this service are marked with the ‘GIVA Go’ badge on the brand’s website and mobile app. The company has confirmed plans to expand the service to more cities in the coming months.
Founded in 2019, GIVA began as a silver jewellery brand and has since diversified into gold and lab-grown diamonds. It launched its first offline store in Bengaluru in 2022 and has since expanded both its physical and digital footprint. GIVA now reaches over two million customers nationwide and has partnered with e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to broaden its reach.
The company reported a 66% increase in revenue in FY 2023–24, with consolidated operations reaching Rs. 273.6 crore. Its revenue is expected to cross Rs. 500 crore soon, reinforcing GIVA’s position as one of India’s fastest-growing fine jewellery brands.
