Developed in partnership with Mubarakpur Farming Company, the hotel is set to open in 2025 and will be the first branded hotel in the area to offer extensive banqueting facilities, catering to the region’s growing demand for weddings and MICE events.

“This marks our entry into the dynamic tri-city region of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, renowned for its high per-capita income, planned urban development, and strategic importance as a gateway to popular hill stations like Shimla, Kufri, Kasauli, and Chail.
“With its extensive banqueting facilities, and resort-style design, this property is uniquely positioned to cater to the region’s strong demand for weddings, leisure, and corporate travel,” Saxena said.
The upcoming DoubleTree by Hilton will feature contemporary accommodations including elegantly designed guest rooms, over 7,500 square feet of versatile meeting and event spaces, and a range of dining options that embody the brand’s hallmark of warm and welcoming service.
Situated on a five-acre estate, the hotel will offer standard rooms, cottages, and spacious suites, all combining comfort and style. Strategically located in Kakrali, next to the Palace Banquet and Lawns, the hotel will be a 15-minute drive from Panchkula IT Park, 25 minutes from Chandigarh IT Park and provide easy access to Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh.
Guests can enjoy a range of amenities catering to both business and leisure travelers, including an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, fitness centre, and a dedicated kids’ activity room.
