- Hoi and BluSmart Partner to Revolutionize Airport Travel in Delhi-NCR
Hoi, a travel tech platform dedicated to improving airport experiences, has partnered with BluSmart, South Asia's leading all-electric ride-hailing service. The alliance aims to transform airport-bound travel by incorporating Hoi's airport services into BluSmart rides, with a one-month campaign targeting 2.5 lakh cab trips in the region.
The partnership includes new elements designed to improve passenger convenience. BluSmart riders travelling to airports will be able to pre-order meals through Hoi, bypassing long lines at food outlets and heading directly to their boarding gates. Furthermore, Hoi's integration with the Airport Flight Status Display System and the Airport Operations Database (AODB) ensures that passengers receive real-time information about flight schedules and gate modifications.
These services are available via in-cab displays or directly on the Hoi platform, with BluSmart riders receiving exclusive discounts on Hoi services through the Hoi or BluSmart applications. The program promises to provide airport customers with a seamless travel experience while also encouraging sustainable mobility options.
“This partnership marks a significant step towards creating a more efficient travel experience by integrating smart airport services with sustainable transportation,” said Harshvardhan Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Hoi. He emphasised the convenience of completing airport-related tasks during the cab journey, further enhancing the overall travel process.
Hoi's platform, which is available at airports in Delhi, Hyderabad, and New Goa (GOX), provides a variety of services such as food and beverage pre-ordering, concierge support such as lounge access and porter services, priority check-ins, and AI-powered travel help. In addition, the platform's Info Centre consolidates crucial travel information. Hoi intends to include duty-free pre-ordering as well as a loyalty programme in the near future.
The agreement is intended to dramatically improve the experience of BluSmart users visiting Indira Gandhi International Airport. The program, which combines electric mobility with smart airport solutions, resonates with India's desire for sustainable and efficient travel options.
