Jaipur Watch Company, India’s leading micro luxury brand, has signed its first-ever franchise outlet in Mumbai at Oberoi SkyCity Mall, Borivali, along with new locations in Gurgaon at DLF Summit Plaza and Surat at Vihan Mall, under the Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) model — marking a strategic move toward scalable national expansion.
The FOCO model ensures Jaipur Watch Company retains full control over operations, customer experience, inventory management, and brand positioning, while leveraging franchise investment.
“The FOCO model is a crucial step in creating a controlled, yet scalable retail network for Jaipur Watch Company,” said Gaurav Mehta, Founder, Jaipur Watch Company. “We’re combining our brand’s legacy with smart business infrastructure to meet rising demand in India’s evolving luxury landscape. It is an opportunity for budding and established entrepreneurs to own a store at premium locations across India without getting involved in day-to-day operations.”
With its FOCO expansion strategy in motion, Jaipur Watch Company is planning to sign 8 more franchise outlets in cities like Hyderabad, and Bangalore over the next 6 months. The company is targeting ₹20 crore in revenue contribution from its FOCO outlets by FY26, with franchise-led retail contributing approximately 50% of total revenue.
Founded by Gaurav Mehta, Jaipur Watch Company is India's first bespoke watch company, specializing in creating exquisite timepieces that blend tradition with contemporary design. Each watch is a symbol of craftsmanship and heritage, offering a unique experience to collectors and watch enthusiasts worldwide.
